ISEAL submitted feedback into the Canadian Competition Bureau's public consultation on the Competition Act's new greenwashing provisions that will inform future enforcement guidance about environmental claims.

We have outlined a methodology for effective and credible practice that details what is required for systems to set and manage trustworthy claims, and are confident that our inputs can strengthen the development of the Competition Bureau’s enforcement guidance.
