Q. Can I register at the event?

Q. I need a visa to travel to Belgium. Can ISEAL support my application?
If you require a visa to travel to Belgium, please contact the Events team on events@isealalliance.org once your place is confirmed. They will be able to provide you with a supporting letter to accompany your visa application for this event.
Q. Can ISEAL support with the costs of attending the ISEAL Sustainability Policy Forum?
We don’t have funds set aside to support with travel and accommodation expenses at this particular ISEAL event. If you have further questions about this, please do email us on events@isealalliance.org.
Q. I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?
Please email events@isealalliance.org with further information and our team will be able to assist you. You can also let us know about any dietary or access requirements when we confirm your place at the ISEAL Sustainability Policy Forum.
Q. What about the environmental impact of holding an in-person event?
Holding an in-person event undeniably has a greater environmental footprint than an online event, especially with an international audience. We have evaluated the pros and cons of this approach. However, we believe that hosting this event in-person would be very beneficial.
With that said, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of the ISEAL Sustainability Policy Forum as much as we can. The event will be organised according to ISEAL’s Event Sustainability policy, and we welcome suggestions for how we can reduce waste and minimise our carbon footprint.
We also welcome your help with letting us know your travel plans once your place is confirmed, so that we can calculate associated GHG emissions for attendees as well as for ISEAL staff. We use this information as part of our event sustainability monitoring, and make a carbon offset payment covering staff and attendee travel, catering, the venue, and the livestream.
